It is with great pleasure to announce a fine dining experience with Champagne Joseph Perrier on Thursday the 17th of November 2022. The family-owned Champagne Joseph Perrier is the only Champagne house in Châlons-en-Champagne, and has a remarkable history that has left its mark on the Champagne region. It has been producing exceptional Champagne for over six generations. Our Executive Chef Hywel Jones will curate a menu to accompany a selection of Joseph Perrier Champagnes.

Your host for the evening will be Jean-Claude Fourmon, owner of his family House of Champagne Joseph Perrier which he ran for 40 years between 1979 and 2019 before handing over to his son Benjamin.
